Learnt how to pace today. I worked out i was about 30 on the path and 34 in terrain and it normally worked out in the training. Compass was good too but really slow.

Went ok although some of the depressions were a bit iffy

Went more than ok but right at the very end (last 50m) my foot started hurting again like before so had to walk, rested it then tried the sprint course but only managed one control =(

Easy one, a little warm up, some exercises, an 'orienteering' relay with matts and stuff, some 'electricity' reaction time thingy and net ball. Was quite fun due to some silly stuff we had to do..

A good bit of PE, havent gone on a BMX for a while so fell off before id done one peddle and wacked my knee. Aparantly ive improved though and im a very agressive rider.
