Training Log Archive: rojewski

Went to kensington this morning and caught up with one of the geezers and his wife. Paved rolling park. I was hanging with them not really hustling along but moving and stopping occasionally for bathroom breaks. This park is also hilly. The last 2 miles my legs were really starting to talk to me. I'm glad i went though. And doing this reminded me how much I dislike this park.
