Fun workout. back squats to a heavy five. The double unders, situps and over head weighted lunges. Definite improvements on all fronts

Run with Broder, Rox and Tucker around the main loop. Broder hadn't run this distance in more than a year. He was fine.

Snuck in a Thursday class given the shorter run. Tried for a one rep max on the bench press, but bounced off 150 and had to settle for 145. Was hoping for a body weight level lift. Next time. Then V-ups and DBall cleans

A tad cold for our dog's dogs and so kept the run fast and short just keep Rox moving. She's a tough one.

Front squats. Another PB at 150. Aiming for my body weight next go round.
Then a killer WoD that roasted my shoulders. My shoulders need roasting, so all good. Balogna in the next class, so two ships passing in the gym.

Series of deadlifts to a one rep max. Added 20 pounds to my best previous lift. New PB is 255.
