Tiny town loop. I am definitely just reclaiming the fitness I lost due to the injury. I'm sure this long run will help me get a lot of that back. Pretty fun run. I got started VERY late because my body didn't wake me up until noon. Still it was fine because when the sun was going down I was coming back into town so it was perfect timing. I also ran past "Tiny World", hence the loop's name, oh what a sight, typical Shippensburg... http://www.roadsideamerica.com/story/11165

Running 55:00 [3] 7.5 mi (7:20 / mi)

A solid morning/noon run. I was originally going to make this my short/easy run but since I started out fast I just kept going and made it the longer one. No pain from hip or back. Not even tightness. Good sign.

Running 35:00 [3] 4.2 mi (8:20 / mi)

Easy jog around town at night. Got winded on this one. Man this is weird.

Running 55:00 [3] 7.3 mi (7:32 / mi)

Easy school loop. At least I wasn't huffing and puffing like the other runs. Double tomorrow. Leggo!

Running 30:00 [3] 4.2 mi (7:09 / mi)

Easy morning run. Wow I feel out of shape.

Running 30:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

A very slow evening run. Despite me running slow I am breathing very hard. I just feel like I am very very out of shape. Amazing since it has only been a bit more than a week. Hopefully it comes back fast.

Running 1:00:00 [3] 8.4 mi (7:09 / mi)

Out and back on rail trail. I can feel the injury still. But it doesn't hurt. Actually, just walking around now it feels pretty good. Much better than previous runs. Pretty happy now.
