Last day in Cornwall so decided to go for a run along the coast - was soooo hot though and felt really dehydrated and tired after sitting in the sun all day.
But the leg held up really well - was suprised as it had been hurting a lot previously in the week =)

Started off doing lots of jumping sideways over steps and circuit exercises alternately with a partner.
The went into the hall and did boxing (FUNNNN), for the rest, with a tiny bit of running in as well which didnt hurt at all so was pleased as in the warmup jog part last night felt painful straight away

Pretty fast run, was on fireeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Leg hurting after ten minutes on the flat but went up the hill anyway, much more sore than the other times but probs because I've not done my stretching the last two days.
Enjoyed it, nice to do some real exercise =)

Couldnt face another bike ride so went for a run up the hill and just decided to keep going if the pain was bearable.
Was ok until about 15 minutes when the hill levelled out then it started being painful, but never got bad enough to stop or limp so it was ok. Felt so unfit though! =S

So much harder running straight after biking its unreal! It was so much effort to just jog, and it was only a steady bike ride!

Went on the spin bike for a 15 minute set - was meant to be an interval but didnt really understand it until half way through - good though =)
