Running 16:00 [3] 3.76 km (4:15 / km)

CoH Speed.. Took it easy as its the last winter league race tomorrow. Didn't feel too good, probs ate too close to running maybe, even though i did have a two hour gap. Need to beat Derrick tomorrow!

Skipwith Common - Blue..
Did not like it at all, worst nightmare infact! Hate deep marshes and water so was scared the whole way round that i was going to drown.. Felt strong though which was weird, just didnt like the area.

Into Little Wold with dad.. Was going faster than dad so kept going back to meet him and therefore ran further than he did. Felt good, lots of energy.

Slept in till 9.30 at Emily's so didnt have time for a run before i had to get ready for my open day. Went really well; I LOVE SHEFFIELD.

Out to Endcliffe Park again but then went and did a few loops in the woods, just exploring a bit.. Got into some horrible muddy areas but enjoyed it all the same :)

With Emily out from Birchen to Endcliffe Park and through some more parks and round in a loop back to Birchen.

Went out by myself after I'd been with Emily.. Went the same way out though Endcliffe Park, but then turned round at our half way point and went up into the woods at the side of the path to add a bit of variety :)
Quite tired by the end!

Beverley Westwood Orange course from couple of weeks ago.. I did it forwards and dad did it backwards - just made a mistake coming out of 7, went the wrong way.

Light Green type course from two weeks ago.. Alternate legs with dad; went alright i think.

Went shopping in York with mum all day.. Went for a 2km jog at mums pace when we got back, and did some core stuff too.

Urgh, horrible!!!
Started off really steady, and then passed quite a few people as the course went on; was near the back at the beginning and came through to about 60th.. Little bit dissappointed for some reasons, but managed to beat the two girls from Kingston AC (Hull) so that was a positive.. Really wet and muddy, now very tired.

Boo - coldsore and cold.. Told to today off, and tomorrow was my rest day aswell so thats two days. Will probs go out on friday, then national XC on Saturday which i hope to be well for.

Felt alright actually; went off a bit fast on the first, but managed to keep getting to the same place on each rep so thats good :)

Sherwood Pines - Short Brown..
Felt like i had a really good run for my standards; got a bit tired in the middle section so lost a bit of time on two controls. Was dissappointed to be like 13th or something =/

After leaving dad at the top of little wold, went down to railway end and back home. Respectable time of 18:12 on the way back.

With dad into little wold and around most of one loop before heading off to railway end.

CoH Track..
Didn't go flat out, felt like i was working, but at a comfortable pace. Did 2x400m, 1km, 400m, 1km, 400m, 1km, 400m.
Maintained consistant times and was pleased with the session.

Little Wold with dad.. Felt tired and we went steady. Three or four trees fallen over different parts of the paths so had to find ways around them.

Railway End recovery with Dad.. Quite a strong headwind in places. Felt ok, but legs a little bit tired.

Humberside Schools Cross Country - Hull..
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, first in the senior girls :D :D
And was second behind Jess Lonsdale (intermediate girl).. Beat two of the girls who were infront of me at the East Riding Champs and had a great run :)

WU/WD... 5.9km and 2.02km.

Orienteering 43:00 [3] 6.4 km (6:43 / km) +30m 6:34 / km

Technical, Orange and the two Maze course at the HALO Beverley Westwood event.. Pretty tired from the mornings triumph, so took it steady. Didnt concentrate enough on the technical, but did a bit better on orange.

Recovery run to Everthorpe and back through the golf course.. Legs were quite tired tbh.

CoH Track - 20 x 200m..
Managed to keep consistant times on each rep i think; halfway time was 6:21, so was 5seconds faster over the last 10 reps. Beat dad on 19 out of the 20, so that was annoying! Felt quite good and enjoyed the faster session.
