Decent warn up but not much after other than running for the bus and jogging on the spot while waiting in the wind and rain.

Running race (Carnethy 5) 1:20:12 [5] 9.2 km (8:43 / km) +620m 6:31 / km

Slow time, 9 mins down on 2018.
Conditions were nasty put probably better than any previous years I have taken part but so wet underfoot everywhere that most were about 5 mins down.
Felt bad early on so it was a real slog, light headed and legs just would not go. Fell at the end and struggled to get back up then wobbly legs for a while after.
May have got too cold or just lack of training for a month or this virus still working away.
Would have won M60 but not yet a 60 in hill running. (Would have been an easy win for Jethro if he'd been there)

Another great run in a really nice forest (nothing underfoot).
1st M55 taking enough time back to move to the top of the podium overall.
Overcast but still t-shirt weather.
