Sage training at Spion Kop West. First time doing some forest O in far too long. Super nice that they put out flags, and a good little map though a few too many trails. Ankle no thrilled so just took it slow, not perfectly clean in the second half but wasn't too focused. Also didn't bring a compass.

Legs so stiff from all the downhill running the next day(s)
