Training at parcours of physical test. First one tour warming up. Then we did 1 tour at high speed (did 6'54"). Then 2 tours (14'32"). And finally 3 tours (22'04") at high speed. One second short after 3 rounds but OK after the competition of yesterday, the biking and already 3 tours at full speed, this is still not bad. I want to mention some statistics I monitored with my GPS. First, the round is shorter than they say (I monitored 100m shorter which means after 7 rounds 700m) and second it is not 30 meter height but max 20 meter (again 7 rounds this is 70m less). So it is actually easier than we thought. Still me and Pieter did not manage to ran a good speed after 3 rounds.
