MTB at Huldenberg. Me and Stefaan went to Neerijse to ride the TT of Huldenberg. In the middle we stopped to see the country biking. Bit sore legs from yesterday but after 1 hour it felt better. Tomorrow no training.

Training at parcours of physical test. First one tour warming up. Then we did 1 tour at high speed (did 6'54"). Then 2 tours (14'32"). And finally 3 tours (22'04") at high speed. One second short after 3 rounds but OK after the competition of yesterday, the biking and already 3 tours at full speed, this is still not bad. I want to mention some statistics I monitored with my GPS. First, the round is shorter than they say (I monitored 100m shorter which means after 7 rounds 700m) and second it is not 30 meter height but max 20 meter (again 7 rounds this is 70m less). So it is actually easier than we thought. Still me and Pieter did not manage to ran a good speed after 3 rounds.

Flemish championship night OL. A disaster. In the green part I missed almost every control. And the 8th control. I went to the little hill and didn't saw the control. Lost 5 minutes. Afterwards I see that I really was at the control but just didn't saw him. 2'30 behind Pieter. It hurts a bit. That's orienteering. Felt actually very good. The 3 controls on the hill I won with some marge so the legs are getting good.

Yesterday no training, so today extra training. Went early to the lab, put in my experiment and went for a run. Nice weather, sunny and then the snow.

SLOK training. Went towards Zoete water and did the climb behind chapel. Jeroen H., Wouter L., Frederik L. and Adolf were in the group of the long tour.

Note

No time for training unfortunatly. Was cooking all evening for the SLOK group who is coming tomorrow. After I had to iron. No worry, tomorrow will to extra training :-).
