MTB long 1:10:00 [3] 20.5 km (3:25 / km)
ahr:122 max:176 slept:6.0

We started early with a short and easy track at Houffalize. We did number 1. It was snowing and very cold but we were good prepared so it was nice to ride through the dirt in this cold.

MTB long 3:40:00 [3] 46.0 km (4:47 / km) +720m 4:26 / km
ahr:132 max:180

In the afternoon we did with the entire group track 5 at Houffalize.

At the end I found that we could do an extra tour from the parcours of Gouvy. But this would mean another 45 km and we already did 40 that day. Because I wanted to train hard I decided to go alone on this track. After 9 km I had to stop because there was chase in the forest and I was not allowed to enter. So I had to drive back the entire road I did till the number 5 of Houffalize. I still did some 46 km. Due to the dirt and freezing all mud was frozen on my bike and I had some difficulties with my gears.

ahr:121 max:178

We did track 3 at Houffalize. This is the most technical and hardest of all 6. And indeed some very technical parts and hard climbs. I had to wait several times for the others.

Running 8:31 [1] 1.5 km (5:41 / km)
shoes: VJ Integrator

warming up at military course Staleykerheide.

Orienteering 49:06 [2] 8.5 km (5:47 / km)

Easy orienteering at staleylerheide. I did good work with the map only two little mistakes. The 14th control I was distracted by a military guy so went to far to the right (knew this was wrong). The 22th I was also to far to the right because I could not read the map very clear there. Very good training and good feeling (5'46 with that easy running is ok).
