So, the first few days were like having flu,
then not so bad for a few days, but not feeling like I was actually heading for better.
Now feels like a full head cold

Ho hum

Also, according to my garmin watch, average resting heart rate through the night is 10% higher, then seems to settle during the day. Over the weekend it would be giving me ~56 though the night and then at some point in the day dropping the average to ~50.
Last night's overnight score was 53, so not so high :-)

Weird today.
best way to describe it was that it felt like my muscles wanted to go to sleep.
Went to sleep in the afternoon

I guess this is phase 2 that Jase mentioned
(also goes with the Day 10 thing for people in hospital, apparently its the day they go downhill)
