good
Beautiful sunshine, not set to last so thought I'd get out and keep things ticking over wit some impact free effort.
Twice round the Seat. 2nd time a guy in all the gear came past so I sat in, at the steep bit he got out of the saddle, I stayed in annd caught him, then I passed him. Not sure he was best pleased given that I was in running shorts, t-shirt and on my Boardman, which is approaching junk status, and sounds like it.
Fun
I might be on the mend
Felt rubbish for the last 3 days but doing nothing was achieving nothing and decided to test things out.
Since they were going fine I ended up with a decent run.

I'm wondering if I'm not now suffering a bit of hayfever. Not something that is usually a problem. All I've ever had is a wee catch in my chest for a couple of weeks in early June, presumably when some particular type of pollen is around.
I'm wondering if the timing of the cough has set up some heightened reaction this year.
might try some tabs but I think Ibuprofen is higher priority.
