up the WoL as a warm up then fartlek exploring around the Modern Art Galleries for about 25 minutes. Fairly random length efforts up to 3 minutes I guess - really no structure at all. About 5 hill climbs out of the river and longer flatter stuff mainly on grass or woodland floor around the galleries. Really enjoyable way to get in a quality session rather than the rigidity of reps.
Helped by feeling good.

up the Seat then again because it felt just fine.
upsetting the not so locals and their mtb fun on the way down, which added some extra tempo and adrenaline.
