3 times up AS.

up by DVD ridge, down by DV as usual.
agressive descents for eccentric training.

well pleased with that, was worried my legs were going to just burn out after a minute or two like they were on Monday but eating much food seems to have done the trick.

bar rotations with 2.5 kg 3 sets 6x6
bench press 3 sets of 8, 40kg
sit ups 2 x 18 7.5kg
Single leg squats 10kg 3 sets of 10
hanging pull ups 3 sets of 4, continuos 4s this time

no bench jumps
no, long steps

I weigh 1.5 kg than I have been doing
may explain the lack of energy

trot down to the Meadows
some, 4, 1km laps at about 4mins ....
didn't feel there was alot extra available, but that may just be because I didn't plan to and wasn't going to try hard.
Out to build the volume and background so that this can become a decent session following a very long Saturday run, rather than needing to wait until Thursday.

up to Pleasance and home

Strength and Conditioning 43:00 [4]

stage training.
5 sets of 3 exercises.
plus an aerobic set.
laps at 30 sec, 25, 25 effort, 7 secs changeover
muscles were generally burning out way to soon,
was struggling to complete sets.

not sure what has caused this
I was getting lactate much too soon, at about 20 seconds -Was also getting postural hypo-tension.
Maybe not enough carbo after Saturday ? I did eat a bucket of spuds on Sunday, but not sure how much on Saturday.

Don't think I'm over-trained.


Note

Right leg feels a bit weird.
Its been feeling weird since Friday.
It feels overtired compared to the left. On Saturday I was quite aware and favoured my left (which needs to do more).
Right continues to feel like it has done more work.
