Extended w/u round the woods as I knew I wouldn't be feeling too bright after last night, but didn't want to bottle the session.
Running hills 19:00 [4]
Long hills above DAP - gate to gate. 4:52, 46, 42, 42. Aim was to run this steady rather than hard, but didn't entirely keep to the plan, as the effort increased through the session (as reflected by times). Felt pretty good though.

Jog back between reps and back over the hill at the end. Good session.
