Stretchy bands. Side leg work with the band felt like torture, but in a good way.

Half mile before and half mile after a jogging mile, which is probably the first continuous jog in several months.

Distracted teacher today, only about 15 minutes of aerobics (vs the more typical 20 or so). Most of the rest of the time we were moving, but just barely so while she chatted away. Humph.

Mostly body weight, with a bit of biceps and bench presses near the end. A twist today involved lifting shoulders when pressing hands up for the b.p., something I'd never done before. Interesting challenge. Biceps done from a toe stand (aka squat) position.
