Thought we were going for a long walk today but it turned out to be quite short but that was ok because I felt pretty knackered and we were quite busy packing up our stuff from my parents. Thought about doing strength but was too busy and tired

Mum, Dad, Nath and I went out to Stockhill... was lovely! N did the British champs course and we just did a smaller one, I used my C25K timings - 3x7R2W and then another 5R at the end to finish the course. Then went and did another half hour walking to go round another loop but trying not to push it too hard. So probably 40/60 running/walking. Just really enjoyed it... absolutely buggered now though

Normal set. Done a lot today, woodwork and gardening all day and a walk and S&C but have just really felt like I had the energy and motivated which is such a good feeling but hopefully I won’t be paying for it tomorrow/over the next week... if I am I just have to remind myself that it was all in the name of blowing off some steam for the first time in 6months and felt good and to reset ready to go again!!! So I’ve written this one for me more than anyone else!

Went for a big old walk with a picnic and a swim so quite leisurely but a few hours of that in the sun was enough for the day!
