Between cooking, dog management activities and yard work with Zack, no time for anything like conventional exercise. And tired, too.

Also, went in search of the TBE vaccine this morning, to the travel doc in West Hartford. Quite an involved process, and she wasn't sure what the right stuff was, so no vaccine. But then she called later in the day, basically confirmed what I was telling her in the morning. 3 shot protocol, timing of shots, yes it is indicated for us because we are traveling in forested areas of Europe. So now she has to order the vaccine and we will try again once she has it.

I'll call it a rest day. Spent most of it on jobs around the house and working on a report I need to have for Monday for a client. If I'm at all smart it's the last client I'm going to have. I did get my steps, though, taking the dog on a lot of walks.

Foot is reasonably happy after yesterday's orienteering. So that is some really good news.
