Got woken up in the night by my right leg being super tense and achey, and this morning my hip and lower back are acheing like crazy. Balls

Skiddaw, Little Man and back down the path as a vague attempt to practice running down rocky paths pre Ben Nevis. Blowing a hoolie on top of Skiddaw, jacket, buff and gloves on and was wishing I had leggings on instead of shorts. Winter is on its way!
