Training Log Archive: slow-twitch

Have been preoccupied with moving this week and also had very little sleep. So today would have been another write off if I was still in Manchester St. However one of the points of the new flat is that Hagley Park is RIGHT THERE. So no excuses. Not surprisingly a bit of a sluggish effort (park perimeter and into the cbd for a bit) but better than a write off!
