Wildflower Drive. Wasn't sure about the wisdom of doing this, but trotted slowly, and the back was good for the first half. Then it started to hurt, and I lost concentration. Not badly, but drifted off course on the long legs, and kind of lost track of where I was.
Thankfully had some paracetamol in the van, otherwise I would have had to leave immediately afterwards and miss out on Really Good 40th Anniversary Cake.

Elmo. Key pickup. Feeling really slow and heavy. Seriously doubting my stupid idea of running a stupid distance. I don't think this stupid body of mine is going to let me.

8321 steps. Plus 5075 from the run earlier. Knocked off 13,000 by 11:30am! 1300 calories, apparently. That deserves a post-class coffee. (this is the only time I wear the vivofit, and only because I need to wear a watch).
