Stregnth Training 50:00 [4]

After two months working out of the office and on-site, I've finally made my glorious return which means I'm back to my kickboxing classes (which I've dearly missed.) Class was really good, but exhausting - I totally expect to feel every muscle movement for the next few days. The instructor was feeling quite energetic right from the start of class so even the warm-up was intense...class progressed as it normally does with all the usual suspects: jumping jacks, squats, jump rope, etc. We did several variations of lunges both stationary and traveling that were challenging but interesting too. For a little fun we set up bosu's in a circle and then ran around on top of them. We started with the whole class running together, but then paired off and took turns chasing each other around the circle too. It was definetly and exhausting class, but it feels damn good to be back :)
