Lee on Solent Park Run. Enjoyed the course, along the promenade. Calf went again after 4kms. A shame as I would have got under 32!

Bagshot South. I've forgoteen how to forset orienteer! Wrong way from Start, headed off piste trying to avoid the above head height braken, took long,safe path routes . Second lap was slightly better.
