First full Pump class for over a year. My Back track weight was too high! The lunge track is dreadfull!

BAOC Collingbourne Woods, Light Grenn. After a 1kms walk to Register plus 600m to to the Start was fed up even before I went out! Bramble heaven, running hell.Missed 3 and had to double back - small gully end! White was green, green was greener!

Salisbury City Night Score event, part of WSXNL, tricky rules which I seemed to fail at! Pleased that I was able to run almost the whole of the hour. Not sure about my route selection!
