Moon Walk training - aim was 3 hours time. Got further than I expected and have a blister to prove it! Tired in the last half hour. Have 3 months to up the distance, time and harden my feet!

Orienteering race 59:43 [3]

NWO SWOA Gallopen, Green course. Went very early as I'd not pre entered. Good choice given how many cars wee behind us in the car park. Made an error after changing my plan midway between 2 and 3! Went up one path and still turned off to right! Oops- needed to be left. Must have lost a few minutes there.At 9 went high to drop down into the depression, but man eating brambles in the way and had to back track. Pleased I was able to run as much as I did.,
