Felt icredibly tired this morning so just did the first cardio block and press ups before calling it a day. 20 mile walk tomorrow, so didn't want to push it .

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]

Not many people there this morning, but we still worked very hard. Legs felt better this morning.

Body Attack 1:00:00 [4]

With both tennis, Andy Murray's match, and football there were only 12 there tonight. However we didn't get away lightly. The new lunge/abs track we're doing at the moment is a real killer. Should never nhave said it was easier than the one on the current release, as we've done it ever since I mentioned it!!

Body Attack 1:00:00 [3]

Did the lunge/abs track again today. I really like this ine, even if I do fine a lose core causes problems doing straight through moves. Anything is better than the current abs track!

Body Combat 1:00:00 [5]

Good session tonight. Worked extra hard as one of the Stroud mums, who's never been before, was standing right behind me.

Sam was back today. We missed track 4 from this releaseto do an old one. Did two running tracks and 2 track 9's. I felt pretty good considering how warm it was.

Really, really hot in the studio. Was all a bit of an effort, but pleased when we finally got to the end!

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]

First time I've been to Sunday Combat for months. So long ago I';d got the time wrong. Luckily I'd gone down early to water the allotment and saw Kirsty walikng down. Felt different being next to Barry and many other people who must only go on Sundays!
