Orienteering 1:00:30 [5]

Boxing Day canter at Ringwood North, yet again. cold, but sunny day. Everyone burnt off up the initail tracks as per usual. However I should have done that on my 2nd to 3rd controls as I went across loads o0f open grot and took forever! Even then the control was on the wrong ditch end. At the end elected to go and get Father Christmas although it meant I was 30 seconds late. However i gained 30 my getting FC. Made my target of finidhing in the top 100, which out of 244 was pleasing. nice to get out and run. My first orienteering since end of November.

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]

Christmas Eve and the class was overflowing to the extent we needed both studios. Sam did some old tracks, including 2 consecutive ones with side jacks which I don't like. Ian and Jess came as well as some other kids home for the holidays.

Body Balance 1:00:00 [4]

Stramge class feeling. Everybody in Christmassy mood although only Steve, Donna and I wore appropriate attire. Sassy injured yet again so Katie did the class. Did an unusual mix of tracks, concentrating on legs. Knees were worn out after 3 consequtive knee tracks. Felt good that I'd made the effort though. Can eat that extra food over the holiday period.

Body Pump 1:00:00 [3]

Wow! You can tell it's nearly christmas. Only 9 at class and 6 for the 2nd session! We still worked hard but got away without doing lunges as we said we'd done them last week! Last Pump session until after Christmas.

Body Combat warm up/down 1:00:00 [4]

Katie's decision about opening the doors to the big studio was not to make a decision! Wrong!! By the time the class started there were 28, so a bit of a squash. She did several old tracks which I'm just getting to grips with, and the new release starts in 2 weeks!! Enjoyed doing the "Pink" track although the end is tough.
