I don't know the English names for all of these exercises, so excuse the Swenglish.

4 x sprints focussing on the foot push-off
3 x high-knee skipping
3 x double foot-plants
4 x sprints focussing on an extended stride
3 x heel kicks
3 x high kicks
(All the above done over a distance of about 30-40m)
3 x "cross-country skiing" strides standing on the spot - focussing on extending the thigh muscles.

5 x 15 sec sprints
