street-O Adamstown: Forgot watch / hrm so had to guess when to return. Could hear /see thunder and lightning in the distance during the run. A few hills! Calfskin not liking any downhill running!

Home from Adamstown. Rain started and became a torrent on the way. Car drivers were great in the rain for a welcome change.

Foam roller on quad / itb
Quad, hip flexor, glute, and calf stretches mostly .
Calf needed bent leg stretch the most.

Feeling more like normal today.
Fairly good on balance; half moon, side crow, head stand etc

Shifting remaining c.1800 bricks from front yard to neat stacks on 3 pallets next to back yard locations where they will be laid for paving (eventually). Glad to have loader rather than pushing wheelbarrow!
Wore completely through yet another pair of gloves. Expecting Hands, forearms, back etc to feel that work later!!

Placing paving flagstones in front of shed entrance doors (=heavy and awkward). Further Installation on Shed door locks and a little more (slow and tricky) metal cladding.
