walking 1:15:00 [1]

Spent Sunday with my mom and Urs to celebrate Christmas. Matti took a long nap, so mom and dad went out to enjoy the sun :-) while poor Nonna worked hard in the kitchen. We had an amazing dinner though, turkey with all the sides possible. I was stuffed pretty quickly and Matti ate so many cracker from the appetizers that he didn't touch his food. grr. and only wanted to play with his trains. Which might make it sound like us adults had a peaceful meal all together, but not really, Matti wanted someone to play WITH him and his trains. Christmas will take on a different atmosphere now that there are kids involved ;-)

It was lovely in any case and I am looking forward to a week of many Christmas celebrations.

My cold developed into an awful cough and with the pregnancy I have had no energy. So, not much sport this week, but hopefully I am getting healthy now.

Hiking to the restaurant in the snow and back. Lovely evening up in the Jura.

running 50:00 [3] 5.26 km (9:30 / km) +248m 7:41 / km

Hill "intervals" with my kids. They ran rounds of a hill with a technical downhill. I could actually run for most of the hill and my heart rate was certainly higher than jogging on flat, so I can call this intervals as well ;-) I bet most of my kids could walk faster than I was "running", but it's still more fun to take part. I'm in my 7th month now.

I walked Matti home from the daycare. Nice way for me to move a bit and for him to have a short break to recover from a day of playing and excitement. Would like to do this again and go longer, but I was too late today and he was hungry for dinner.
