Etape Royale 100m cycle Race Deeside.
Ballater-Torphins-Alford-Rhynie-Dufftown-Tomintoul-Lecht-Gairnshiel Lodge-Ballater.
One of the toughest things I've ever done. Paced it well and gave it my all up the Lecht and beyond. Chuffed to bits.
Well done to all the FVO-ers today - grand day out!

Usual work loop on the bike (with new tyres groovy Baby!) and a colleague for company. I was worried for a few hundred metres then we hit and "undulation". He blew a gasket on the hill climb and had to stop to chunder then promptly got a flat. Thankfully Ally drove out to collect him so I could race the car back. I won.
