Not very keen on orienteering at the moment but thought I couldn't pass a run at kooyoora........well it was hot and thick and steep and I completely blew the first two controls so just ran on tracks for a while before picking up a few of the last controls. Enjoyed one leg where I managed to not make a large mistake. And got a nice run too I guess. Think I need to forget about orienteering for a while because at the moment it's just a complete mess.

Intervals up and down the river after uni. Actually felt quite awful warming up but got through the session.....smashed as after though and had to walk the hill back home as a warm down haha. Hip sore.

Easy super relaxed (i.e. slow) long run in the rat. Bit sore and have a tight hip so I wasn't up to much. It was nice until I got very thirsty near the end.

A fun session from home after uni. It was just a mini version of the session because I've never done it before - and it was really tough! So will definitely do more :D

Feeling a bit sleep deprived because the clown that lives behind us has decided that ~11pm - 5am is a good time to start building a pagoda just outside my window. Apart from the fact it's a bit inconsiderate, it's really weird.....who on earth thinks of building their pagoda at 3am?!?!

Muac.....ish. A bad day today- feeling very tired and heart rate very high in warm up. I think I must be very sensitive to daily stress - have had two very intense days at uni, and uni has become very intense overall, so I suspect that contributed to my tired feelings. Plus I didn't eat enough yesterday and kept waking up hungry last night. Might try for a quality session again later in the week.

Easy run after getting home from uni. Felt bad at the start and then ok. It wasn't as hot as I thought it'd be.

Maybe should have gone for longer. Have an extremely busy day tomorrow and won't have any time at all for a run! :(

Muac ints. Dunno why I hoped it'd be a good session given I'm still a bit sick plus had a crazy day at uni.....so yeah I felt crap and just did run throughs and then jogged. Annoying but I'm just trying to be consistent so it probably wasn't a big deal that it wasn't a killer session.

I'm really really bad at eating dinner after those sessions and last night only reluctantly had something at 9pm. Need to work on that!! Anyway, cross training is probably very good for me at this stage.

Muac ints plus run to and from. Excited to be back! We did mile reps today and unfortunately my legs felt so heavy I could hardly move them (dunno why) so I just did them at an accelerated jog. But it was fun and I'm excited to do them consistently for the summer! :)
