I ran the short sprints made by Lauri V. This is a sprint training with three separated sprints about one K each. All of them were technical with a lot of route choices. One longer leg I tested to see if runners may go too close to houses, it looks the best choice, but for sure it is not, in summer time even slower than now. Over all a nice training, will be more difficult in summer time and higher speed. Now I ran about 70% of my sprint pace. The split times: sprint #3 10:06, sprint #1 8:49, sprint #2 8:23.
