DInner Lake Trek. FOund some nice new terrain for a future adventure run up here. Unfortunately I broke through the ice in one spot and hyper extended the bad knee so I cut the training short. Should have gone skiing instead as there would have been enough for some good crust cruising. Rain tonight and getting warm tmrw. Sucks.
