Gula Stigen warmup and cool down with four ARX'ers. 4:55 (3s slower than PB). AG! runs 4.51. Game on.

Followed by some Nav training.

Fun training checking out Nationals CP locations with Pathetic, theGriz and Dana. Half the stands are now in place.

theGriz was using a thumb compass for the first time EVER so I switched to a baseplate to keep the balance right. I'm not a fan of baseplates since map and compass are meant to be together so I trained a bit with it around my neck instead so I'll fit in with the WT crowd. ;-)
