Orienteering 1:30:00 [3] ***
spiked:23/23c

Cambridge Urban Adventure Run with Etoile. We jogged the road sections together and I raced solo through the sprint map park sections. This race is going to grow. Well organized and fun. Nice mix of urban nav, park and forest sprint, a bit of history and seeing a new area.

Etoile and I caught up to the team of Adventure Girl! and Shipoopi at the last CP (they had trouble finding the answer to the clue) and so it was a full on sprint for 250m to the finish to see which team would take 2nd overall. We came 3rd. Thanks Stars for a great day. Given the large number of kids we might need to think about a Stars ARK in Cambridge someday soon.

Knee quite sore afterwards which isn't surprising given all the road running.

Awesome evening to run in the woods. Rough compass on contours only map with ARX. Some ARX'ers made a breakthrough with the compass tonight but Ikonen remains skeptical.

Running 10:00 [3]

Not sure this was even 10 minutes. Had planned to do some Dang loops but the wind was brutally cold and I wimped out. I think I'll be a scratch for TNT if the wind doesn't die down.
