This run started great except for a wobble at 2, (found the fence before the rock) and was fanging it until about 12 where I did a 180 at the bare rock/open gorund/track junction bit (near control 1) Then lost contact with the map going downhill on a long leg to 12 ended up on the wrong spur. Getting very dehydrated but didn't realise, so had to sit down and work out where I was. Kept plodding and no majopr erros from then on but slow, very slow. The smell of hamburgers at the finish made me feel very queay so had a chuck in the car park and left my compass behind. Couldn't keep any food or water inside for about 3 hours. Got cramp in both legs as well.
