Pentlands. Legs feeling a bit tired from the accumulation of training they are beginning to get again. It will require some easier weeks to get rid of this...but they are to come, but I must remember this.
The traditional loop. Felt good with the mods Jocky has made to the bike. Been feeling a bit weak in the left hip, so good to exercise it in a different way, also been doing some simple strength exercises to try and toughen it up.
Run up to Green loch, up smalll path on the side of shepherds hill, back to reindeer house. Along the side of the loch for 6 x 3min x 1min. Then in the terrain for the last 20 minutes. Great training.
