380 calories on exercise bike in Holiday Inn East Kilbride - 45 minutes random programme followed by 5 minutes warm down - not sure about calories but aimed to stay in cardiovascular training range throughout 45 minutes - seemed to work well and felt good throughout

rowing machine 5:00 [2] 1.1 km (4:33 / km)

rowing machine at hotel gym -5 minutes easy row after exercise bike session - felt good
