1/2 southern field plus a bunny loop. Made a point of keeping up a slightly faster pace than on Friday.

Well, the 1/2 marathon finally got my weight down below 130. It was 128.5 yesterday but is already climbing again. Hopefully I can keep it in the 120's and continue to lose for a few more weeks.

Running race 2:32:47 [4] 13.1 mi (11:40 / mi) +50m 11:32 / mi

Made it through the 1/2 Marathon. I was feeling really good from about mile 3 through 8 but must have pushed a little too much through this since I really died for the last few miles. It was a very hot day. Close to 80 degrees at the 6 am start and just got hotter from there. I ended up with some mild heat exhaustion after the race.
