Chawton woods loop from home. Tired and satisfied with week.

Running - Off road race 20:04 [3] 5.0 km (4:01 / km)

Alison holst Park run. Good surfaces but hilly so not a good course for pb's but a good time trial course for testing different elements. Started abit back. Worked past group into third after first hill five min in. Picked off second after first lap ans pulled away easy but first had a hubdred mwtres on me from first quarter and it didnt change much. Felt ok wirh no particular strengths or weaknesses. Coughing alot now.

Feeling alright. Big improvement on last weekend week, probably because of the lower effort during sundays race.
