Running warm up/down 20:00 [1]

Warm up, made sure to get a good warm up this morning.

Orienteering 1:11:07 [2]

Not very happy with my run today. Just never really got onto the map, was hard to spot the bare rock printed on the map, gave up at control 7 straight to 21 through to 26 and finish. 21 to finish took me 16:23.

Running tempo 1:28:00 [4]

Sydney AFL - Div 2, Well legs were feeling really tired. Was being out run by my counterpart, and started cramping in the 4th quarter. Good way to end the weekends training.

Early morning ride, around centennial park and loop to botany bay.

Orienteering 53:20 [2] 4.3 km (12:24 / km)

Good navigation, sore shins which flared up any time i started to climb. Was going well until leaving control 3 walked all the way to 5. Then sprinted from 5-6-7 leving seven shins sore again reduced to walk. Walk to 8 and stretch again. Sprint 8-9-10 walk to 11. Sprint 11-12-13 and finish. Good navigation but shins just giving way. NO WARM UP.....

Orienteering 19:00 [3]

Green course as cool down. Straight forward controls could have saved small amount of time by cutting the corner instead of staying on track. was too busy focusing on future controls. Legs a little sore but felt better to be trotting around on an easy course.
