x-c skiing (skate) 30:00 [4] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

Outside loop at Kimberley with Eileen. Not sure of exact time. Fun loop - nice and flat (mostly)!

Ski-O (skate) 30:00 [1] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Accompanied some beginner kids and their parents/coach around course 1 from Saturday. They were really good at reading the map.

Ski-O race (skate) 58:00 [4] 7.0 km (8:17 / km)

Kimberley. Fun race. Lots of ups and downs. Sunny and warmish. Snow pretty icy.

x-c skiing (classic) 30:00 [2] 3.5 km (8:34 / km)

Confed with Tory. Didn't wax my skis (they had various remnants on them) and they worked pretty well, lovely glide on fresh snow. Tracksetting was just being completed when we got there. City crews has also annoyingly cleared some pathways down to the pavement. Still, we had a lovely ski in the sun and brisk breeze.

swimming (swim-fit) 55:00 [3] 1.4 km (39:17 / km)

Was going quite well, until got onto the 'kick' and my suspicion was confirmed - there is a wicked current in that pool. Anyway, no excuses as it all evens out in the end, but it is tempting to only 'kick' downstream.

x-c skiing (classic) 1:00:00 [3] 7.0 km (8:34 / km)

COP. Not sure on the time or distance, but it was just under 4 full laps. Started with V45, which wasn't so great, so tried Start purple, which was much better. Snow was good on upper areas, but icy in some places, and of course worsening as we did more laps. That's the beauty of being there early.

swimming (swim fit) 58:00 [3] 1.6 km (36:15 / km)

My lane was rather chatty this morning..... Some drills and front crawl intervals.
