What an event, amazing route, some really stunning sections, some really tough climbs, some even tougher descents. Everything below the waste hurt at some point, every joint asking why are you doing this?
Great achievement, will try and write more in due course.

SRC session, wanted to catch up with pals but not push it and do long recovery so I just pottered along with George R. Nice easy pace, just easing the legs after last night's MTB fun.

MTB up in Swanley from house with Scott S. Steady climb up through Fetteresso Castle and little tyre swing loop, then up to Whittakers and into main trails. Round wee single tracks to left, then cut across towards Jenny's Bog via little trail I didn't know. (would be immense running trail)
Down past ruin towards Swanley rd, then back via Cheyne Hill top and home in dusk along Slug Rd.
Ace ride at steady pace, not wanting to fall off or knacker self for weekend.
