Loop around The Serpentine in Hyde Park. Even with the end of daylight saving on Sunday I think it is still going to be too dark in the mornings for some of the paths around Hyde Park without a headlight.

Along the seafront ar Lowestoft. Really enjoyed the run although it was much cooler. Got to see the “highlights” such as the gardens and the light house and the lowlights such as the caravan park on the flat next to the beach.

Along the south side if the river to London Bridge and then back on the north side. The rain held off, but it was very humid. Had to dodge the barriers for the Royal Park run to get down to the river.

Went to exercise class with my old group. I had forgotten how tough it can be. Much harder when some else is driving you than when you do your own.

Joined a couple friends for Sunday morning on out and back. This represents the bit we ran together.

This is the solo bit. I ran with the group until they turned, but then picked up the pace and continued on for a bit before turning. Then pushed to catch them by a self imposed target. Felt pretty good and was really happy to hold the pace.

Really liking the shoes, but the sole is not really as robust as I might like. I think they will be good for a couple of hundred km, which, given the list prise, makes them very expensive on $/km basis. I am thankful I didn't pay for them

Woke at 5 and decided I might as well go for a run. Tried the new vapour flyknits, very comfortable and light.
