Running (Road) 15:00 [3]

Run along Rossland streets to High School Gym. It was a dark and stormy night. Little did I know what would befall me during vollleyball.
It will be my last run for awhile.

Played about 1hr and half. During a block I landed a bit off kilter on my left foot. I felt my ankle roll a little bit and then heard my knee crunch (pop). Leg collapses to the outside of the knee. Spend some time on the floor writhing and screaming. Get up finally, but am not able to put any pressure on my left leg at all. Minor swelling, pain is centered at the back of knee above the calf. Is this the ACL?

Its been awhile since recording the workouts.
Let's try it again and see how long it lasts. The O season ended a couple of weeks ago - so now its the long winter doldrums. Was a bit depressed about not having anymore races this year. Need to plan next years events to get motivated. France 6 Days?
