Blackamoor syo event - blue

Not the best today but a few things to take away, bad route choice on #2 going straight was horrendous running through the heather, I think going right or left would be a lot quicker. Mistake on #5 was pulled off line from fallen trees and then didn't recorect properly. Quite hesitant into #11and also #13 where direction into the control wasn't quite right. Overall didn't feel 100%, I couldn't sleep last night and cramps quite bad but I really enjoyed the course, I like blacka.

HH hill session - whirlowdale rd

3x (300m + 700m hills) + 2x300m + 3x strides (float back down)

Good session felt good, splits on shorter ones weren't very consistent, think I could have pushed a bit harder on a few as wasn't as quick as normal on these hills but quite a big session and recovery a bit quicker so it's ok. Felt good anyway
