We broke the long drive home from Canberra by going for a run in the forest just south of Chiltern. A lovely gentle green forest to run in.

Shadowed my sister around a moderate course in Canberra. The start was approx. 500m from her town house. Robyn enjoyed this event in familiar terrain, and did well learning to navigate in a straight line while reading the map.

Cardio session tonight, with a few obstacle courses mixing leaps, jumps etc with intervals, carrying & passing a weighted ball, Kieran team runs, etc. clear cold night. Lovely reflections at the lake.
