Determined to get a 20km run in this weekend, I set off thinking I'd run 10km along the goldfields walking track and then turn around and run back. Changed my plan and when I came across the fence around the spring gully res, decided to run around the outside of it. Would have run a lot more up and down and the track was really rough, but I'm pleasantly surprised to have run so close to 20km. Couldn't have done any more though. Feet sore....wish I was fitter....glad its done.

Woken up by the sound of thunder, so got up a little earlier for a jog. Hardly anyone around this morning - and the thunder stopped when I stepped out the door.
