Sandstone Valleys, course 1.
Stuffed up the first (direction error). Really really slow to relocate. Thought 'this sucks I'm going home', then tripped over the control (it was actually quite close by). So then I had to keep going.

My concentration was terrible, I think I only thought about orienteering for a total of 2 mins. And louis beat me by a minute, gutted. And I stacked it badly (again).

Zig-zagged my way through the Waterworks Reserve to Halls Saddle and then back down a more direct way.
Didn't feel that spesh... it was a bit of a slog actually.

Churchill Ave - Channel Hwy - Shot Tower return.
First ride for a few months, and my little bike was just as shiny and as fast as I remembered it.

Sandy Bay Rd, up Truganini track to Mt Nelson lookout, down XYZ Rivulet.
Beaut day, felt good, knee - questionable.

Up XYZ Rivulet, down Mt Nelson stairs.
First run since world students...knee is not in good shape. But it was good to run. And it was warm enough to run without thermals!
